W.I.S.P.A

Whipperley Infant School P.T.A.

Whipperley have a very warm and friendly dedicated P.T.A which is known as W.I.S.P.A (Whipperley Infant School Parent Association). We have been running since 2003 and have raised a substantial amount of money which has been used for various projects around the school. The P.T.A meets regularly and is always looking for new fun ideas to raise money. Some of the activities that we organise are.

• Evening Family Disco’s
• Santa’s Grotto
• Secret Santa – for children to buy adults a present
• Summer Fete –with various activities and stalls
• Head Teacher for the Day
• Various Raffles throughout the year
• Mufti Days

There are many benefits from becoming a member of the P.T.A, you get to spend time in the school and become a familiar face with the staff and children. The fund raising events are very rewarding when you see everyone having a great time and then you get a real sense of achievement when we count how much money we have managed to raise for your children’s school.

We are always looking for new volunteers to come and join us and all ideas are welcome!
